Right now, over 1,000 California volunteers are on the ground in Nevada getting out the vote for President Obama. Their passion and effort, combined with Team Nevada, is going to be crucial.
The difference in the 2000 election was 537 votes. It could be just as close in this election, and the stakes are even higher. All the months of canvassing and phonebanking are paying off, as Nevada voters are making their way to the polls.
But California volunteers are not done yet. Election Day is Tuesday, November 6. Even if you’re not in Nevada, there’s still work to be done in California. Make one last call; get one more voter to the polling place; ensure one more voice is heard in support of President Obama.
